ERROR: ERROR : Could not complete request. Query: THREAD REFERENCES ISO-8859-1 ALL Reason Given: THREAD failed: No such thread type
the fix is to remove thread_INBOX=1 from /var/lib/squirrelmail/data/«username».pref.
